He was wrong for riding on the sidewalk, but the police obviously had intentions to do him harm. The beating him and punching him was very unnecessary. The cops were in the WRONG. They’re always trying to stick together and cover stuff up. Cops need stricter consequences than just being on leave etc. Obviously what they are doing now to handle similar situations like this one isn’t working.

Good thing for videos, I have always respected law enforcement, but I will say this. No one is above the law including police officers. If a officer see’s and or suspects another officer of violating the law they have not only a duty but a responsibility to report and if probable arrest that officer. It is because of bad officers that good officers get a bad rap:period.
