This officer is OBVIOUSLY deflectint his fellow officer’s wrong doing by making it seem as if a man with a broken back and who knows what other injuries he sustained, was resisting arrest….the thing is, the officers didn’t like what he was saying, such as kill cops…..If you were stunned 19 times after falling…or being tempted or coerced to fall, would you want to kill a cop. Police are so crooked….

Do they tazers have some kind of discharge counter? Cops couldn’t lye about the number of times the boy was tazered. But most logical course of action was: the boy was first tazerde by cops, then as a result of this he lost balance, fell from the bridge. The cops then threatened him not to tell the truth or face their wrath. And then the cops produced a story of finding him already under the bridge.

Only an officer of the law could possibly be dumb enough to think they would have to taze someone with a broken back in order so subdue them…that being said, why in the holy hell, would they need to subdue someone in that condition anyway, rather than be more concerned with his immediate medical attention?
