I’m no lawyer, but it seems like there’s some federal issues here, too — like civil rights violations. If your blood pressure can handle it, I’d suggest adding the US Attorney and/or the DOJ to your bureaucrat rolodex.

Then they have to prove their authority or be held until REAL authority arrives to take them into custody. He had bought child porn over the internet and a search of his Surprise home turned up illegal images and videos of children.
