No way I can make a judgement without more info..as for the guy in the wheelchair, put a gun in his hand and he would be just as deadly as anybody else.

@QWERTYEXOTIC72 I think it should be decided on a case by case basis. If te cops are doing legitimate work and people want to watch their should be no problem. If the people watching start trouble then the cops should restrain them . I just dont know who gets to decided whats too much.

@blacksncommercials I saw it once before I was a video vigilante, LOL. They were screaming at and pushing this homeless man. Very disturbing to see. Hopefully more people will pull out their cameras when they see this kind of stuff.
