In three words (well, four if you want to include the contraction)? He’s an ass. He’s the epitomy of what is wrong with our force today. He want’s to talk the talk without the walk. He needs to be part of the 1/3 that I feel should be removed today and told to find a job securing sub-stations somewhere in Wyoming. If we would do that. . then give a substatial raise to the remaining 2/3rds, we’d send a clear message as to the caliber of officer we really want.
