Patriot Act being used against its own citizens ! Granville County, NC — On March 5 at about 10:00 PM, ten heavily armed FBI agents, accompanied by three local police officers, stormed into the home of an American family and arrested a 16 year old boy on charges he made numerous bomb threats.
The boy, Ashton Lundeby, was taken from his family’s North Carolina home, to a juvenile facility in Indiana where the threats were allegedly made.
During the raid, the FBI executed a search warrant and thoroughly searched the family home. They found absolutely nothing illegal or suspicious. No bombs, no bomb-making material or anything unlawful.
It turns out, someone hijacked the family’s internet IP address and used it to make numerous phone calls and terrorist threats.
The family has been told they have no rights to see their child and, under the USA PATRIOT ACT, the child has no rights to even defend himself. They claim the Constitution does not apply to this 16 year old, natural born, American citizen. THIS VIDEO IS NOT ABOUT IF ASHTON LUNDEBY MADE BOMB THREATS OR NOT !!! This story is about a serious violation of the Constitution by sworn officers of the government !!

Ashton Lundeby, 18, of Oxford, North Carolina, was sentenced by Judge
Robert Miller, Jr., to 22 months’ imprisonment (time served), and three
years of supervised release, after PLEADING GUILTY to count one of an
indictment charging him with conspiracy to commit one or more offenses
against the United States by willfully making threats and maliciously
conveying false information concerning attempts to kill, injure, or
intimidate individuals and to unlawfully damage or destroy buildings by
means of fire or explosives.
In January, 2009, Lundeby placed a telephone call to the Indiana University
Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) police department located in Fort
Wayne, Indiana. During that call, he falsely claimed that bombs had been
placed at locations on the campus and that they would detonate.
In February, 2009, Lundeby and others working together placed several
telephone calls to the Purdue University Police Department located in West
Lafayette, Indiana. During one or more of the calls, he falsely claimed
that bombs had been placed at locations on the campus and that they would
detonate.
On other dates, between the IPFW call in January, 2009, and his arrest on
about March 6, 2009, he and the others with whom he was working placed hoax
bomb threat calls to other locations such as the University of North
Carolina, Clemson University, Florida State University, Boston College,
Hamden High School, West Hempfield Middle School, and two FBI offices
(Monroe, Louisiana and Pueblo, Colorado).
Yea….do some research man. This kid is threatening peoples lives at
schools and universities, places where people go to better themselves and
get a higher education, INCLUDING law enforcement offices. Now, if the
Boston bomber guys would have done the same thing, and didnt get arrested,
you would be complaining about that. Law enforcement did what they had to
do to keep people safe, and you are posting this like its a bad thing.
Youre right, we should just let people run around and threaten the lives
of innocent students.
if he didnt do this ,this is outragious wrong on the part of the fbi and
police ,totally wrong ,this patriot act is off the hook ,first off, this
all it went into effect because of 9-1-1,,that was done by our government
to justify the invaison of the oil countries, there is no real reason for
the patriot act except to use it to imprison americans for no reason and
chop off there heads in fema camps all across the nation ,the real
