My friend told me about a Police man who stopped on the highway of Abudhabi (UAE) to help him in starting the car. Infact Pakistan must change the perception of police. Police must be helpful friends, not the law breakers. It is all because there are uneducated people in Pakistan Police while the educated youth even dont think to get into it.
