I’ve come across an interesting Form public Servants are obliged to fill out on your request under the Federal Law, which they must follow. If they refuse you still can use that form later stating that such officer refused to answer the question… It is called Public Servant’s Questionnaire – Very Powerful Stuff:)))

I think the reporter is saying “I’m a reporter, a member of the press, and I don’t have the same rights as any other civilians (i.e. non-police)?” Maybe I’ve misinterpreted it. Oh, and the answer for the fire hydrant with a badge, “My boss has the constitution on his side. Doesn’t that mean anything to you, or can’t you read unless Krispy Kreme is open?”
