ok I’m going to say this once and once only!! this video is not up for debate! it is in answer to those who saw the original posting of a news report on it, these are the facts no matter what you think, there was no chase they point him out and he takes about five jogging steps stops and puts his hands up when he sees the cop in front, after the cop attacks him, the police form a line to block the camera, anyone saying otherwise will be deleted and blocked, only facts will be talked about here!
