Police suck, having the gorilla first attack him – real professional OPD!! Just because they have a gun they think they are above the law and can push people around, looks like there was a bunch random jackoffs standing around. I’m glad the pig was shot, camerman should have threw some donuts in street to distract them.
Did you know the gov is working to limit the right you have to take video in public. That you will need written permission of all parties in the video.
What we need to do is write, call, email, show up at any political town hall and ask for laws that allow us to continue to record in public with out permission that includes the cops, mayor, city councilors.
So they commandeered an entire hospital and the street with access to it for a slain police officer? It’s a tragic situation without doubt, but what about other individuals requiring medical care? Elderly, children. Certainly they played no role in the officers death, should they be made to suffer as well? Are there lives less valuable? They would have had more success sending one individual out to request the cameraman leave then attacking him like an angry mob.
OPD, very violent, uneducated people. In the real world a bunch of nobodies.

The funny part about cops? Even though they are knowningly pushing a cameraman away, they are doing it while the camera is on, and rolling. Has a cop never used a camera in their entire lives? CAMERA’S RECORD VIDEO, PIGS, WE CAN SEE ALL YOUR FACES!

For the record I was kinda on the cameraman’s side until I saw “Police line, do not cross.” Nobody said shit to the cameraman once he was where he was supposed to be. Im sorry I don’t agree with anyone who faults the cameraman – Just like the Police, he has his job to do. An emotional time like the deaths of fellow officers, is THE TIME FOR POLICE TO BE AT THEIR MOST PROFESSIONAL! If you are a police officer – you KNOW that news cameras are going to show up – you elected to have that job, DEAL WITH IT! BTW – The Cameraman was awarded 175,000 dollars in a settlement with Oakland. What does THAT tell you?
Notice the Oakland jerseys? Just like the bloods or the latin kings showing their gang colors at a gathering the cops are just that…. A gang of mindless thugs hired to keep the public in line! They do not serve us, they control us plain and simple :(
This stupid cop and the others in the swarm had no right to act this way; I don’t blame the cameraman for filing the lawsuit, and that money should have came out of police department funds. There was no need for this at all, and these officers involved should have been disciplined for their behavior, and they did violate their oath, not to mention the first amendment, too. A good judge would have nailed these cops, and would have gave the police chief a warning to get control of his officers.
I would not have left; in fact, had the police arrested me, you can bet the tv station would have filed a lawsuit, and the money would have come out of police funds. These cops really showed their behinds in this clip, especially the first one who cussed out the cameraman……..
