Russia should declare Joe Biden persona non grata immediately, as a minimum response to Biden’s antiRussian statements.
Biden’s remarks are not surprising, but simply confirming for the milionth time the double-dealing, treacherous mentality of the US elite – an unrepentant criminal mafia.
It is not possible to simply brush off Biden’s remarks, nor accept such familiar apologies as “V-P is largely a ceremonial post” bla-bla-bla.
Like the NATO exercises held immediately before Obama’s official visit, the Biden mission was a deliberate poke in the eye of Russia.

You know, Empire, what Igor said is basically true. Russians don’t make “let’s kill some Americans” kind of movies (quatation from “Charlie Wilson’s war” – “let’s kill some Russians”) So I think Igor’s anger is justified, because there is LOTS of American movies like that. That would infuriate even the most patient person . However I don’t think bickering is productive, especially now, when we have a great chance to put all this rubbish behind and start cooperating.
As for Biden, there is a good proverb – “The dogs bark and the caravan passes”, or something like that. Biden is not in a position to reverse the peaceful process between Russia and US. Obama is still the president, not Biden.
