Sponsor: FreeStateProject.org – Syndicated talk show host Ian Freeman…on trial for refusing to make his tenants move a couch. But after he reacts too slowly to a judge’s order to “have a seat” he ends up in a cage for three months. Note that my narration is in error…I originally reported he refused to sit but that is not the case; rather he simply sat too slowly. This video was shot 11/14/08 and first uploaded 11/14/08. When this country started, people use to stand up because the judge carried a Bible out. People had respect for the Bible not the judge. Even the jury also had Bibles in their hands. Court cases was decided based on Biblical law. Our government is forcing us into Idolatry, the religion is called “STATISM”.
Proof that this is more than just what they’re saying.
The “establishment” is trying to send a message to the folks of the FSP, I think.
I support the overall intention of you and your organization but I sadly confess, the fix is in and liberty is too fragile a thing to maintain. Too many humans prefer benevolent slavery over the risk of individual liberty.
The poor guy got 90 days for being confused! Perfect example of a judge ABUSING HIS AUTHORITY and since it is all on tape – the poor guy should first retain an attorney to sue the judge and the city/county who employs him, call the news to inform the public and contact the state bar association to file an official complaint; this is a judge who does NOT deserve to be in power.
stand but turn your backs…
He is not a dog in training and doesn’t need to “sit” upon command
Fuck that i have stayed seated in court and when the damn judge comes in to the court room i don’t have to treat a judge as royalty if i don’t want to and theirs no damn law saying i fucking have to so for a judge fuck you not you RidleyReport but a damn judge can suck on a dick all i care
Sorry but i hate people that think there a damn GOD!
Hiring an attorney is stupid, it is admitting you are a stupid child who cannot handle his own affairs. The Judge is not abusing his authority, the guy consented to be ruled over by the judge and the judge did what he wanted. Learn your rights as a Sovereign, being a 14th Amendment US citizen is being a peon. Oh, and this guy should send the judge a bill for his 90 days in jail, I would charge hime $2,500 per day, noterized and served, payable only in Gold or silver coind per the constitution.
if it was me i would just walk out
I like this idea!!!
When I was 15, I actually tried to get myself cited for contempt for not standing. (Probate matter where we got screwed.) The judge did not seem to give a care. So, I sat and put my feet up on the bench in front of me–nothing. Hey, it was the ’70’s. Over 30 years later, I wanted to win a case, and I kissed whatever the judge showed me. Judges like this should no bet sitting on bench. They should have their butts spanked until they can’t. *Not* a metaphor.
That should be: “Judges like that should not be sitting on the bench.” I lost track of my “t”‘s and “q”‘s there.
your ignorance is astounding
90 days in jail, that’s it? He deserves a few more days.
Absolutely agree with you marshallone. Rob Menard sets out quite clearly how to act in court and if you make one small mistake and they can create joinder with your legal fiction, you are f*ucked. If you really want to win in court, (or never even get to court), you need to have carefully constructed scripts and instruction prepared so that you don’t blurt out, “Oh, OK” when you should ask, “If I answer that, will I be contracting with you?” or “Is this a de facto court or a court de jour?”
Tell the whole story he was being a little smart ass and got what he deserved. They should put stupid people like you on death row,
wow..death row for standing? okaaaaay. sure…
thats stupid.
Sit boy! Sit! Good boy!
when the judge said”take a seat” he should have stole it when he left ! :P
i would give the judge the chair a few months later,……..right across the face when off duty !
@earthmother who’s ignorance?
@as852509 Listen dumbass, this is the United States of America not pre-free USSR,
he can be a “smart-ass” if he wishes, there is no law about when you can or cannot be a “smart-ass”. Granted, there must be some measure of decorum in a court room, but this guy never crossed any line of decorum…oh, and you believe stupid people should be put to death? well I guess you should get in line then…..dumbass.
see above….hexdrill’s comment (but there are so many others to choose from)
@earthmother understood, thanks
