making shit up or making wild accusations doesn’t give you a better grasp on the story. according to all the sources I found on the internet including their own local papers said that only one woman was confirmed to have made a call of concern because she saw an injured horse back in the fall. animals get hurt often on their own that doesn’t warrant a seizure.
What shit have I made up about this case exactly? The caretaker reported them. The owner was charged and the animals were taken away. All contrary to what you have previously said.
Why is it cops can video and audio record us to protect themselves from false complaints and such but we cant do the same. If I ask the officer to turn off his recording equipment do you think he will….umm no!
Why is the SPCA guy wearing a badge?
Why is SPCA going around harassing people?
Why was the SPCA guy given a LOADED firearm by the cop?
Why is the SPCA sending people around to harass property owners?
Candia cops are corrupt. I used to live within eye shot of the Candia PD station house and was harrased all the time. They would pull me over and use the No Front Licence Plate as an excuse. Even though I had a valid temp. tag on the rear of the car. That is not a valid excuse when they get behind you and SEE the valid rear tag. I even got stopped one night coming home from a bar and was drunk, but because my employer gave the Candia PD parts for their cruisers he said he would forget seeing me.
Fuck that. If your state has good gun laws and your a law abiding citizen and you can CC or OC do your thing with responsibility. At the same time that cop was a jerk. Not all cops are morons but some think just because they have a badge and gun they have balls of steel.
Ridley and others like him need to get:
A. a life

A person carrying a gun should act accordingly and notify the policeman he is armed. The camera man stood at a degree that the gun couldn’t be seen (tucked in the lower back area) so when being handcuffed it was made apparent. Disobediant people are passive agressive and guns don’t mix well with agressive people so the police were wrong in not null and voiding the camera man’s right to own a weapon ever. You Americans are bored and busy teasing the police, 911 wasn’t a TV show so appreciate law

it may be a tv show but that’s just more proof of a police state. constant martial law is more like a 1984 big brother scenario. we don’t need cops thinking their gods and they work for us not the other way around.
that’s right they record people in traffic stops ect so a civilian should be able to record them. If they have nothing to hide and are in fact a good cop they should have no issues with video taping. the reason they do have a problem is because they want to abuse their power.
Most likely, they want the property.
I would start to dig this deeper.
It appears to me that they are on the other side of a wooden fence. To me, I would guess that they are on private property while they are videotaping. If that were the case, would the Police have any right to ask to stop videotaping under the NH law even with the wiretapping law?

I have denied public servants access
to my property also. It is our Civic duty to know our Constitutional rights and exercise them!

If you’re on your Property, you have the right to record someone from your Property. The Cop had the option to leave and get a warrent. No Law in any state will supercede the right of someone acting in this way on their own Property.
If you’re ever in this situation, don’t back down. If they arrest you, go along quietly and respectfully and deal with lawsuits later.
They had a case in NH of a guy arrested for having a surveillance cam on his house when the cops raided it.
Here in NYC, it is legal to film anything seen in public.
2 months ago, I was at an accident scene, filming as I have for 30 years, trying to get content to sell to the papers when a member of NYPD’s stupidest told me I couldn’t film because it was “rude”
or hide in disgust, like many in NYPD
I don’t know the entire case of the NH situation but he must have been arrested for something more or he’ll have one hell of a case against the cops.
As for your situation, you just say to the Cop, “Go Read the constitution and get back to me, meanwhile please move because you’re blocking my shot and I take that as an act of interfearing with my rights.”
I get this type of thing in NYC at least once a month and I tell them to “back off, I’m a Lawyer and know my rights.”
No, they have no right to ask you to stop videotaping them while you’re on your property. They chose to be there and are subject to videotaping. Wiretaping law or not. They had every opportunity to leave and chose not to.
You are under no obligation to change your Home habits while on your Property just because someone comes onto it.
