One day, I warn you, one day, anytime now, that cop may get shot down by a furstrated citizen. If that citizen happens to be an Iraq War veteran. Rivieri may not see the light of the next day – his superiors may likely see his body in a pool of his own blood. There are gang members who returned from Iraq who are not afraid to use their military tactics they learned in the war and Rivieri may well be a target – if that veteran happens to have resided in Baltimore.

As per usual, its common you see these type of things happen alot. Why? Because when you have the feeling of an Administrative control around you, sometimes you can misuse it. In this case, this officer like to blow his top off at something that was not bothering the public.
