Why is it not acceptable for a person to place an officer under citizen arrest when they see stuff like this?
It is acceptable, but no one does it.
I’d guess the reason they don’t is that the police have guns and they know that we don’t.
We forgot a long time ago why exactly the Founding Fathers gave us the Second Amendment. America has a lot of “domestic enemies” we need the ability to defend ourselves (and the Constitution) against, but the citizenry is fat and dumb, just as our domestic enemies like us to be.
