Why is it not acceptable for a person to place an officer under citizen arrest when they see stuff like this?
It is acceptable, but no one does it.
I’d guess the reason they don’t is that the police have guns and they know that we don’t.
We forgot a long time ago why exactly the Founding Fathers gave us the Second Amendment.
