if you imported a mass effect one character that saved the council, u can get reinstated as a spectre when u first see anderson. this changes the option “let’s make a deal” with kelham’s lawyer to “I’m a spectre” without requiring any renegade points. His lawyer will then convince him to talk.
After watching this, I’m glad I accidentally picked to be the bad cop on my Paragon.
