Job well done LPD!
It doesn’t matter if a black person uses pepper spray on another black person (in this case). Race has nothing to do with it. If a crime is committed, the officer (no matter their ethnicity) is required to act accordingly.
First of all, the police had the right to arrest the man in the black shirt. He started to approach the officer in an aggressive manner and then resisted to be contained. Second of all, they had the right to wield pepper spray in order to show control. BUT, at 3:24, that officer had no right, AT ALL, to use the force that he used against that man. I have plenty more to say, but most police officers think they can do what ever they want, and that is so wrong. Race has nothing to do with it.
peace officer my ass where r the people skills
Officer Schmidt is a hottie!!
I was there….
Most cops are good except for the majority of them–the blood-thirsty maniacs. All that the good cops can do is to bear witness to the bad cops who routinely punch, kick, tase and pummel handcuffed citizens. Let us put in our Chinese choppers and laugh, laugh, laugh…smiley virus, Miley Cyrus…Because: It’s not who you keep out so much as who you let in, not: Who you keep in as who you let out, etc…
