@The1RealAmerican the problem lies with what society has become. We live to work. We get up go to work all day, come home eat and sleep to start it all over again. What little time we have to ourselves we spend trying to escape the realities of our oppressed daily lives. It is when we can no longer afford these escapes that we will have to face reality. The govt will make sure we have these insignificant escapes so as to keep taking necessities without us rising up against them.
wow, thats fucked up, then again, this is a police state.
fucked up
Rev 13:10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
Rev 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
Rev 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
This Is Fucked Up…..Fuck Cops!!!!!

I was wondering which state the guy was from, and then you said OHIO, ahh makes complete sence now. EMS, Police prolly even the judges their dont need certification nor a degree anymore. So it doesn’t surprise me, they know nothing about the American Rights!
But it is scary, cause we often put LOL, but are we actually Laughing out loud? Or LMAOROTF, yet I hardly, and bet most of us never roll on the floor. So what makes a mans expressed distasteful thoughts criminal? Hmm precrime?
/shrug Ohio
@Gripfang Sure websites log your ip for a certain amount of time, but infowars must have been monitored. Someone on the site that was a visitor or maybe even an administrator for infowars could have reported him. Infowars could have been watched closer than any other site
What’s scary is if it’s true that the government monitors the internet by using tripwords that signal the FBI when they are being used. Shit, the acronymn FBI just may be a tripword that’s monitored.
Comments like that are extremely common.
In most countries directly threatening [online or otherwise] a cop or politician will eventually get you a visit from the Feds – it does in the USA, U.K. and Australia.
Legally the onus is on the police to prove ‘Intent’ – that is the legal keyword.
Without that – no conviction is possible.
– except in the USA it seems.
oh thats screwed up
If the cop *accidentally* killed a criminal (that he did not know outside of work) in the course of his duty frankly the punishment of 2 years sounds a bit harsh.
But I also agree that 3 years is very harsh for threats… if there really was no intent or means. But if he was actually planning to commit murder or get someone to commit premeditated murder then I would understand.
This system is broken. I thought the troops were fighting for are freedom?
This is fucking awful. You know, I was glad to see those porkers get wasted by Lovelle Mixon in Oakland shortly after that murder on the subway. 3 years for a vague threat? He should have acted on his threats the moment he knew his first amendment rights were going to be violated. Now he won’t be able to be a decent paid slave when he gets out.
save yourself!
-even if it means killing a cop!
POLICE are the ENEMY.
This is such BS , totally wrong
Tazers are supposed to be used like guns. That was the deal when they got them. Tazers as a substitute for guns. So why was he going to taze him in the first place?
@The1RealAmerican there not, because people are never concerned until something happens to them or a family member.in tn we are in the mist of a campaign of constant police brutality which barely makes the news.people are not that interested when they see videos of police torture and brutality such as what happened to Darren ring in tn.no one was shocked when a video was played of this American citizen being tortured by police in tn. why, because it didn’t involve them.just my opinion
