And there was Richard Hoagland with him he was also talking with a great confidence about 2 very large massive strange hi tech engine of some sort [possibly alien]

Both our moon and Mars fall in the “G-spot” around our sun that permits adequate temperatures for liquid water. “If” anyone were living on them now, they would likely have to be underground since that is likely where the only liquid water exists.
