@BaB3B001 or about making up flyers? If you make up flyers you are suppose to ask permission of the “store owner” before you do, or the manager. Not sure what you would need to stand on a street corner or something. Probably a permit!!! Go to local parks. Not sure where you live, but most parks in the countryish areas dont have cameras or cops.
