Bleh. That’s hard to argue with too. same story here in blghty. But then there is hope. Check the Everything is OK on the Red Carpet part two on cveitch channel. The guy complimenting on the dress and telling everyone looking that it’s them who’ve paid for it is just brilliant. People know it and are laughing. So much truth in good comedy. The guy who does that is Danny Shine, and his channel is spiritualentertainer. He’s a genuinely nice, thoughtful, honest bloke. You can just tell.
Thank you very much, I will take a look at that! I love YT for its ability to get to talk to people all over, and expand my knowledge, thank you for your time :) Seems as though we could chat on this for hours eh?
i have been waiting months for this installment, Thank so much Rob :D
Evidently. There’s soe good stuff around at the moment, I’ve faved much of it; thinking of doing a compilation vid. It’s good to try and remain part of the conversation, and the 500 char limit kinda presses you to convey concisely. Can be a bit of a drag, but oh well. We’re all going to be exploded in the end anyway, why not shit and giggle in the meantime? Er. :)
P.S. Just thinking that sometimes it’s maybe good to put the best of others together to make your own point. An honour thing, kinda.
You are welcome. Be nice to people who you PM. You never know who they might be. :D
I am very happy to see this series because it is what I am researching right now. It is baffling just how corrupt things have become and how complacent people are to being enslaved. In the beginning there was only one commandment and now man has made millions upon millions of them. My research just goes deeper and deeper the more I dig and as my education evolves, I start to see the big picture once again. Thanks all. Peace.
Mr. Menard – I don’t believe that you are correct when you mentioned that insurance is legally defined as a ‘scheme’ . I just looked at ‘insurance’ in blacks law dictionary from versions 1-7, and they don’t mention insurance as a scheme or anything to the like.
hello thank you for your videos. it would be more convenient if they were organized in playlists :) thanks robert of the menard family
Great vid Rob, very informative. On to the next…
Peace eh!
does this apply to the USA?
…Sigh… if only the high tech Colour board of truth and justice was in 3D… could you do the headline in 3D Rob? I think that would really help.
Just because the word “Scheme” isnt mentioned in the definition does not mean it isnt one. Did you look up the definition of the word “Scheme”?
along with the “guns, big sticks and steeltoed boots” they also have body armour and a motor vehicle that has several advatages over your means of travel.
I had the Sheriff in charge of traffic here in Goleta California tell me that the common law right to free travel doesnt exist in Ca. anymore… made me laugh so hard… this was a return call from him after I dialed 911 after being unvoluntarily detained and harrassed… the sherrif in question turned out to be a long time good friend and the conversation was enlightening to him, he agreed with all I said and just said… “it’s all symantics” it was a very interesting chat :)
Do tell. Likely high performance tires, for one. More power but what else? Stuff like this I find fascinating.
pushbar (battering ram), roll cage in case they wanted to use that push bar and stay safe, superior suspension for better handling and traction, instant means of communication with other gang members, and best of all……….a FLAG that says they can do anything they want.
who knows…..maybe even a letter of marque :)
Would the logic of this video also apply to firearms legislation?
Ultimately you could argue that it is the responsibility of the ICBC to provide direction for the Police,so that they can act accordingly with accuracy. But in my view it is the Police that have the personal and professional responsibility to ensure that the directive that they are being given is concise acceptable and in line with the duties and obligations to the public. If it not then they should not be acting with “colour of right”.It should be black and white. The Police are at fault here.
Rock on, Rob!
Even though I’m in the States, I’m very grateful for the knowledge concepts you’re teaching. It makes it much easier to know what what to look for when translating these concepts to the U.S. game.
P.S. Love the Christmas lights on the High Tech Colour Board of Truth And Justice!
Haha, Rob i have seen most of your lecture presentations, but i must say i have seen a whole new side to you since you started youtube blogging. Never before has learning about law been so entertaining and thus interesting to me, its a pleasure to listen to you talk, and i love what your doing effectivly for mankind. Don’t Stop =D
When these so-called “authorities” are enforce their “Laws” on you that you have never submitted to, then object to it by challenging their jurisdiction – ask them to present a proof of their claim against you.
If they persist them file a suit / action in a “court of record”.
If they can’t present a proof of claim, then they have no “authority” over you.
They ought to respect each one of the People’s unalienable rights at common law.
Love your vid’s rob keep em coming! :D
My hat is off to you Robert-Arthur: Menard. I sincerely mean this when I say that this is a/the perfect place in which to draw the line.
I do not consider myself a legal expert, but in the US there is a legal doctrine called something like dirty money, where if a PERSON is caught selling drug all his assets may be seized because the drug money could have bought any one of them.
If this were the case in Canada, one might be able to make an argument for the people to reclaim all gov. property.
