@bonoboe This won’t blow over… If anything, it’ll blow up. Remember, at the moment, Wikileaks is only clearing its throat – they’ve got much, much, more of this and worse too. Julian isn’t stupid enough to use all his ammo in one burst. Personally, I can’t wait for them to release this stuff about the banks. They said they’re going to release a lot of information about the banks in January. I can’t wait. I’ll bet any money that it’s got something to with the Iraq War or the G.F.C., or both.

Some people love him and think hes a revolutionary, then you have the establishment view which has basically set him up to be assassinated, then you have the view that hes an establishment pawn trying to stir up reasons more big brother control of the net whats your view

@ADULTEDUCATION4U – I agree, although the word “purged” has some dangerously Stalinist overtones. Maybe “retired” would work better? You know, retired without pensions, retirement benefits, medicare, with their wealth consumed by greedy bankers and oil companies, etc. Let them have what they have championed as just great for everyone else. That’ll be both justice delivered and sweet irony!
