While the liberals and Democratic Party USA either supported or quietly went along with the Iraq War, courageous Heads of State like Hugo Chávez were telling the truth. We now know that the Republicans + Democrats were complicit in lying to the people of the world about US war crimes, support of torture and the civilian massacre going on in Iraq. While the Daily Show snickered at the “hyperbole” of President Chávez, the US military was actively engaged in the worst war crimes happening on the planet today. Next time Hugo Chávez speaks, more of the US media needs to shut up and listen.
