Town of Atlantic Beach Police Lt. Randy Fisher made a U-turn and pulled in directly behind this videogrpher’s car, which was legally parked. This appears to be more harassment by Town of Atlantic Beach Police personnel for daring to sue the Town for its practices during the Atlantic Beach Memorial Day Weekend Bikefest. There is a court date set for next Tuesday because Town officials refuse to pay the $5000 judgment ordered as a result of this videogrpher’s winning a law suit due to the Town’s failure to comply with state and local law during the Bikefest. There was no legitimate reason for Lt. Fisher’s actions, and they will be brought to the attention of the Circuit Court Judge.
