The First Amendment prohibits the making of any law interfering with the right to peaceably or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. This was a peaceable assembly so how was it unlawful as stated by the police in the video? A very clear breach of the First Amendment of the Constitution. But then, the Constitution isn’t worth that paper it’s written on anymore, is it?

I was there and Kudos to the University of Pittsburgh Police; when the State troopers and City cops were trying to arrest kids in the Dorms they stopped them! They protect students from all criminals, in uniform or not!
