UPON ENTERING COURT I WAS SENT TO GO AND SEE THE COUNCIL STAFF ACROSS THE ROAD FOR THEM TO HEAR MY CASE THEN THE COUNCIL INSTRUCTED THE COURT TO HEAR A LIABILITY ORDER FOR THEM ON AN ACCOUNT THAT IS ZERO.

Yes I uploaded it see my other vid in court the sound is a bit crap they threaten me with police attack and i dismissed the case.
