@uberscheisse Let me say this again, Misskelley WAS NOT AT ALL COERCED ON HIS SECOND AND THIRD CONFESSIONS (even if it is true -though I strongly doubt it – that it was on his first). In fact, in his third confession (that is taped) his lawyers pled with him to keep his mouth shut) HE ADMITTED TO BEING INTENTIONALLY MISLEADING in his first confession. You just can’t explain these things away. The pile is too high.

Even though he recanted his “confession” within hours, it was a major factor in all three convictions. Jessie is mentally challenged with a low IQ of only 72. Knowing he was mentally disabled, the West Memphis police still interrogated Jessie for 12 hours without his parents or an attorney present. Only 46 minutes, a mere 6%, of this entire hostile interrogation was recorded or videotaped.
Respond to this video… the facts are out there if you’d just go find them. misskelley was not competent to provide information about a murder. he is your achilles’ heel, and it’s kind of sad to see you propagandize with that one tiny argument. you’ve failed to come up with anything concrete besides this spurious “confession” so you are hereby dismissed until you 1. get a law degree or 2. just start reading shit.

Uhh, yeah, and in this THIRD CONFESSION (where he had two lawyers present pleading with him to shut up) he admitted to being INTENTIONALLY MISLEADING IN HIS FIRST CONFESSION (the one you’re wrapped up in) IN ORDER TO THROW THE POLICE OFF. Yet they were found guilty WITHOUT that piece. Imagine if the jury had that piece, they’d both hang instead of only the ringleader.
