Food safety bill invokes Codex harmonization and grants FDA authority to police food safety of foreign nations Posted By kurtnimmo On December 29, 2010 @ 7:50 am In Featured Stories | 29 Comments Mike Adams NaturalNews December 29, 2010 Of all the talk about S.510, virtually no one has actually read the language in the bill — especially not those lawmakers who voted for it. The more you read from this bill, the more surreal it all becomes. For example, did you know there’s a global FDA power grab agenda hidden in the Food Safety Modernization Act? Keep reading and I’ll quote text straight out of the bill itself. The global food control agenda is a conspiracy, not a theory. Section 305 is entitled “BUILDING CAPACITY OF FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS WITH RESPECT TO FOOD SAFETY” and it gives the FDA authority to set up offices in foreign countries and then dictate the food safety plans of foreign governments. It says, specifically, on page 217 of the bill! Link to infowars.com article : www.infowars.com

Now am I reading the following wrong, but doesn’t that mean that they can go in “person”(s) houses and inspect their food? Now they can get warrants to inspect your pantries? And we all know the “reasonable notice” part is bound to be twisted in the administrative laws.
I mean it says that farms and resteraunts are excluded (and that get’s shaky in translation later in the bill) but it doesn’t say anything about excluding peoples homes as a “holder” of the food.
Bill C36, IS BILL S510’S SISTER BILL, IN BILL 36 IT will also allow for mandatory, total population vaccination programs. Do we want that???? AND IS THAT HIDDEN IN S510 THERE SOMEWHERE? with all the FOOD SAFETY THAT WE NEED, LOL., i wonder if that;s why they are putting watch towers in walmart’s parking lots? people come on, Farms ARE NOT EXCLUDED, s510 includes farming, c36 does not, these bills END RULE OF LAW,
c 36, canadas; version of s510says they can seize private property without Court supervision; destroy private property without Court supervision; take control of businesses without Court supervision;to keep seized private property without a Court order; impose penalties without a Court order.”Raid your home or business without a warrant Seize your bank accounts Levy fines up to $5 million and a jail terms up to 2 years for merely selling an herb Confiscate your property,

It puts all US food and all US farms under Homeland Security and the Department of Defense, It resembles the Kissinger Plan.Now, watch how they will be able to easily criminalize seed banking and all holding of seeds. First, to follow how this will be done, you must understand that:
1. There is a small list inside the FDA called “sources of seed contamination†and2. The FDA has now defined “seed†as food,
3. So seeds can now be controlled through “food safety.â€
Those seeds (so far) include:
*seeds eaten raw such as flax, poppy sesame, etc.;
*sprouting seeds such as wheat, beans, alfalfa, most greens, etc.;
*seeds pressed into oils such as corn, sunflower, canola, etc.;
*seeds used as animal feed such as soy ….
That includes most seeds. It may even be all seed, given how they are skilled at ‘new’ definitions.And what are the “sources of seed contamination†per the FDA? They include only six little items
*agricultural water;
*manure (but not chemical pesticides or fertilizers);
*harvesting;
*transporting equipment;
*seed cleaning (sorting) equipment; and
*seed storage (storing) facilities.
one item on the “sources of seed contamination†list is suddenly illegal in some parts of this country – seed cleaning equipment.It is how we collect organic seed.
With his own seed, the farmer also stays free of patented, genetically engineered, corporately privatized seeds. now illegal?
How can they make such vital equipment illegal? Quietly, so as not to alert organic farmers who have a lot of political ties and by saying it contaminates food also by applying their innocent and reasonable sounding “minimum standards.â€
How can they make such vital equipment illegal? Quietly, so as not to alert organic farmers who have a lot of political ties and by saying it contaminates food also by applying their innocent and reasonable sounding “minimum standards.†the FDA sets minimum “food safety†standards for seed cleaning (the simple separation of seed from plant) such that a farmer would need a million to a million and a half dollar building and/or equipment to meet the new requirement per line of seed.
How in the world does the FDA think they can plant their asses down in a foreign country and tell that country what to do?
