Well done!
And pretty brave, too.
The police, the courts, and the government
must be returned to their rightful duty
to SERVE and PROTECT the citizens!

Hahahahaha, I’ve dealt with her before. Big rookie bitch!
when you assume, you make “ME” think “U” are an “ASS”. It’s not my website. It’s an alternative news outlet. Plus, your ad hominem attacks show your weak argument and platform. Then there is the fact that there is much more footage about this incident. And I’ve spoken with the gentlemen in the video on the phone. The point is very clear; He broke no law. He was assaulted and falsely imprisoned. You’ve forgotten the face of your father, Gunslinger.
probably because he wasnn’t intoxicated. Nor was he standing in the middle of the road blocking traffic. If he was arrested for that, the cop would have answered him when he asked if he was being detained. Why can’t you see the obvious?? so sad.
Calling people names does not make your argument any stronger. Pointing out a wrong doing in a society of laws is not only our responsibility as citizens, but our civic duty. Assuming that the poster is drunk is slanderous. Obstructing an officer from doing their job is a straw man argument. No one is obstructing anyone. Again, you are illogical and seem to only want to ridicule. You should consider a critical thinking class. It may save you some embarrassment.
xdream, making an argument with no supporting factual information isn’t critical thinking. Go to the police department, request a copy of the report, and read what happened. That is exactly what I did.
Besides, if this was really as bad as everyone claims it is, why isn’t there a lawsuit? why wasn’t the officer suspended? As a matter of fact, I bet that if I go and ask for the court documents, he probably pled guilty.
If his civil rights were violated, then Fayetteville’s local and possibly even national news would be going off, but other than a poor quality youtube video, I can’t find a thing on this incident.
The officer was not on a roadblock, she was apparently on another call when this guy, who was drunk, ran into the middle of the road and started harassing her. According to the report, which this video actually supports, she asked him to leave several times before arresting him. Read before posting
haha… ya, the news will cover the first amendment rights violation. Get real. Plus, he wasn’t drunk, he was not in the middle of the road, he didn’t have to leave because it’s a public sidewalk. Why did he have to leave? Answer: He doesn’t. Again, for the really slow, he broke no laws. next.
Obviously there isn’t any point in arguing with you since you can’t make a reasonable statement.
Why don’t you call the news and ask them if they’d cover a lawsuit against the police department, I bet they’d say yes.
You say he wasn’t breaking any law based off of not being there and not knowing anything but heresay. I say he broke every law that he got arrested for based on the report of his arrest and him not using any legal venue to fight against it.
There isn’t any point in arguing with me because i’m right. I personally talked to him on the phone. He broke no law. I know this based on all the video’s (there’s more than one), and from personally talking to the guy that made the video. That’s not hearsay. sheesh. You don’t get it… The police had no provocation to arrest him. Take a critical thinking class before you embarrass yourself further.
I have supporting factual information. You have, supposedly, a copy of the report. hahaha… Well, gee gosh, the police NEVER lie. how naive of you. I saw the video’s, and i talked to the plaintiff. He was clearly in the right. And his rights were violated. There are a myriad of reasons that there isn’t a lawsuit. One, he can’t afford a lawyer. Two, he just may be pursuing a lawsuit. Officers rarely get suspended. Pleading guilty: the courts are set up that way… your foolishness is monumental.
Your supporting information is an alleged video, that you cannot produce (possibly because it doesn’t exsist) and you talked to the guy that has both motive and reason to lie. I think it is you that needs the critical thinking class.
1. Watch the video from 3s to 8s and look at the distance to the curb in front of him and you can obviously tell that he’s in the roadway.
2. The person filming this video stated that this was an illegal roadblock, which is a proven lie. Don’t take my word for it either, call the local police department and request the information. So, between the officer and the person filming, I’m going to stake my trust in the one that isn’t a proven liar.
hylion527…Your a dummy! Dont try and put words in my mouth! You can see from the video Im on the damn sidewalk the cars in the middle of the damn street…Crazy! She had no right to tell me to go home…There should have been no problem with me asking why the road was blocked! We all know that….I walked away from her as you can see in the video and was filming down the hill from where she was!
Just for your sake, I watched the video again… a couple times actually. Maybe you should get a real camera instead of a crap phone because it looks like she’s parked up against the curb and you’re standing in the middle of the road to me.
COPCOMPLAINTS . COM
Subby…. You are a moron. That is all.
i fucking hate arkansas cops scandolous
the black civil rights movement was not a white vs black movement or even a black rights movement. It was essentially an anti- school teacher/ cop movement. The same gummint that now teaches MLK in schools are actually lying and obfuscating the reality of it by its enemies. I also recommend the documentary Black Soldiers In Australia. Available on youtube
just do as your told and you wouldnt have a problem
and yes, you ARE required to give up your ID if requested by a police officer, if you didnt do anything wrong wtf do u have to worry about?
lmao @ “i personaly talked to the guy on the phone”
terrible argument, they don’t have the right to ask you for shit unless you’re on private property
no, please go on… explain your logic
BAAAAAH! You’re a sheep.
