The cops in the UK, have changed certainly over the last 20 years,, all to do firstly with drugs ,and the destruction of the workingclass ,with the shipping out overseas of the manufacturing base and the implimentation of an extended welfare state,, then we got terrorism and the acceleration of the bigbrother system and the anti terrorism laws,, hi tech survellance systems, face recognition systems,, UK, wasnt like this 20 years ago,, it,s become oppresive and darker and dangerous.

The only way the soviet people were able to eventually get some freedom was to organize into unions and strike against the shipping industry and others (Solidarity movement ).
