they did a collection of dna in nova scotia and new foundland it took years and there really was never any written report or conclusion given to the people for this so called study.

ive heard of blood being taken from babies here in america and the blood samples being saved as well. Not sure about a card, but we def have this stored i believe illegally bcs no consent is given to do so. great reporting
Eugenics:
1. Being able to wipe out entire bloodlines as revenge for transgressions against powerful people.
2. Identifying undesirables and arranging their deaths/sterilization before they can reproduce.
To control something, you have to watch it. Surveillance and information gathering = power. You are all being stalked, just like I am, but it isn’t as personal – yet.
