My problem with some police officers is that they seem to feel they can be hostile and disrespectful; even abusive verbally, and if you do not meekly and politely answer them, the consequences can be horrendous.
I have never disrespected a police officer, but I’ve had to grit my teeth and bite off a retort in the case of some officers. It can be difficult to talk with these members of law enforcement.
And an officer has no right to demand an ID from you. That has happened to me a few times.

The California Highway Patrol leadership had their troop falisfy an accident report against my wife when the daughter of their biggest construction contractor had one too many and caused a pile up. They thought I wouldn’t find out (I love the internet!). I went to the FBI and the CA State Atty Gen. Office but CORRUPTION RULES IN THE USA. Why are you loyal because you are next! fuck those goddamned do-nothing, self serving budget busting BASTARD PIG COPS.
I know of officers who have ticket the superior officers for DUI. The men and women I know have the highest integrity, and do NOT remain silent if another officer breaks the law.

I have lots of problems with many laws in existence. I have done my part to change them. I have been ticketed for speeding, and if I was, I admitted it and paid my fine.
My calls for a beat down were on those who vulgarly and outrageously insulted ALL police officers. My point is that they really do NEED a little respect beat into them.
A police officer has no authority or right to demand you show him respect personally. His job is to enforce the law as written. If he writes you a ticket simply because he doesn’t think you groveled enough, he’s corrupt. Period. A badge simply empowers you to enforce the law…it doesn’t make you superior to so-called “civilians.” Personally, I’m sick of these ego-maniacs in boots and a Smokey the Bear hat who think they can browbeat and humiliate a driver for a real or imaginary offense.

Excellent points. And the sad fact is, many law enforcement officers are attracted to the job for that very reason—they ENJOY making people grovel and submit. Bullies, in other words.
Just like the BTK serial killer, who was a “code enforcement” officer—-they say his serial killing slacked off in later years because he got that job, which gave him authority over people. This somewhat satisfied his need for POWER and CONTROL, so his urge to kill slacked off a bit!
The issue here is not the speed, but the system using irrelevant criteria in making the final judgment, which is not the right thing to do. If you think it’s the right thing just because the government is doing it, then you’re pretty much hopeless as an American.
Yeah, that’s the problem. Just because a judge says it doesn’t make it infallible, this video offers quite irrefutable evidence to this fact.
You try and tell me you’ve NEVER seen a judge make a decision you thought was wrong.
An officer should not HAVE to demand that you should him or her respect. That is my point. People today live with this attitude that they can be idiots and never suffer consequences for it.
I have NEVER groveled to an officer. I have never considered a officer “superior”. Personally, I think you are a moron. You probably have issues with anyone in authority. However that is your problem, until it become the problem of the correctional system. Good luck with that.
You know nothing about the thousands of men and women who put themselves at risk for you and your loved one’s everyday. Someday, when you are a victim of crime, you might want to think about how you have slander people who are just trying to do a difficult, but necessary job.
Hey, I never said all law enforcement officers are bad.
In fact, I’ve been helped numerous times by them. I *know* there are plenty of good ones.
But that doesn’t change the fact that plenty of bad people are attracted to such positions of power!
Then we should go after the bad ones without making broad accusations against ALL the good ones. As I said at the beginning, nothing in this video indicates the practice was misused or harmed anyone.

I appreciate your video response. Years ago I found the truth in all things. I call this face on tickets as business as usual. I need not know this specific issue because I know evil roams the earth. This here is but a symptom of evil. When people, rather it be governmental or family, decide to say one thing but do another for the betterment of their self knowing full well their actions harm others, this type of deceit is an instance of evil flowing through their bodies. Planet of babies.
