NYPD cop Adil Polanco states that the 41st precinct in New York pressures cops to write at least 20 summons and make 1 arrest each month. If they do not reach this goal they are deprived of overtime, days off and shift of choice. This results in the cops that are not racist to harass innocent minorities that live in the neighborhood. They stop people at random to search for an excuse to write tickets and make arrest. We have for many years suspected that police had a quota system but have never had solid proof until now. Jail cells are packed with blacks and Latinos because police are threatened with becoming pizza delivery men if they do not arrest and ticket people who have broken no laws. Officer Polanco states that the police are not here to assist us, their prime directive is to bring back the numbers to meet there quotas. In my opinion this is an act of terrorism on the part of the NYPD because it is just that…pure terror as people are becoming scared to leave their homes out of fear of being ticketed or arrested as I myself once was. They patrol the streets night and day targeting innocent people..especially young minorities. This early introduction to the criminal system starts a course that often leads to a permanent life of crime due to the mental trauma being arrested has on a person…you hate the police after an experience like that. Officer Adil Polanco is credited with exposing the truth to the public about the evil racist and financial plot against …
Awesome Upload! The Ethical Revolution is near!
This is the most substantial evidence that we citizens can ever hope for. We can not wait for another Officer Polanco to come along before we decide to stand together as one to free ourselves from this tyranny. Freedom is never given to those who beg for it, it must be taken by any means necessary. Do not leave this video without rating and leaving a comment, your voice needs to be heard on this video record that will go down in history as the spark that freed a nation and than the world.
I’m glad to see that there really is good officers like officer polanco. There is is a serious problem with other officers that have no problem arresting innocent individuals who have done nothing wrong. Some of them roll around like the modern day Klansmen. But some of them fail to realize that eyes are watching them. And so are some of their own within their departments. Big brother may be watching, but someone is also watching big brother!
amen
The truth is, we do live in anarchy. The problem is that most people believe that government provides some sort of order. The order is an illusion and since most people are fools who are satisfied with the surfaces of things and never think to question them (like a cow looking at an automobile) the rest of us are forced to go with the flow of this illusory order. We live in anarchy where we are free to do anything we want. If you chose to lie to gain control or if you wish to follow…
Wow look at this shit proof what more do ppl need to see how these cops are big fan of urs keep it up homie
Indeed.
i fucking knew it
This should be the top priority for Obama, to fix police department across USA then the economy would move forward. It looks like Obama is just waiting for his big fat check every month and is keen to fly in his Air force One every day to show off while we are getting screwed by the department that represents him. Wake up Obama
Its is sad to see cops that turn there backs on their people I know not all cops are good but most of them are and officer polanco is not one of them I cant believe he pass the psych test, this what you call ghetto mentality. my last name is Polanco and im going to be a cop for the NYPD, he’s just making us look bad my brother And I. My brother is a sergeant for the PD. This why the PD needs people the think with logic not emotions, officer polanco better start looking for another Job fast.
@lolmeforever no offense (because I admittedly don’t know as much about politics as I would like to) but I have been following Obama and what I keep hearing makes it seem like he’s busy trying to fulfill a campaign promise about reforming health care but that Congress is giving him a hard time. He even canceled some overseas trip to China in order to be present when health care reform actually happens. Also fixing police and economy are 2 barely related things. Thoughts?
@vash261 It sounds like you’re saying that emotions never have a place when it comes to a position of power and that anyone in a position of power should be a heartless robot. It also sounds like you’re saying that he is “turning his back” on fellow officers by speaking up and defending a police officer’s duty to only arrest people who deserve it. I dunno where you pulled “ghetto mentality” from. I think this guy is brave and the rest of the force is acting cowardly.
@vash261 by the way I hope I didn’t come off as angry because I am not. My point is just that if you want to know whether or not something makes a cop look good you have to ask people like myself who are not connected to the police. Police are biased and are going to defend their actions and the actions of their peers regardless of whether it is wrong or right.
@datkoolbrutha I could not have put it better myself.
the only ONLY thing that i disagree with is that it’s not JUST towards blacks and hispanics..i’m a white foreigner (Albanian) and i get harrassed as much as my black friends(yes i have black friends)..once these cops lok at my ID and see the foreign name they get a boner and search me
This N.Y.P.D. Officer Adil Polanco is an incredibly great Officer!I’m sooo proud of him for stepping up as a real man should. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do as an Activist to support him! I have 3 Law Enforcement Personnel Family who use their jobs in the most CORRUPTED way.WE ALL MUST SUPPORT THE COURAGEOUS ADIL POLANCO & PROTECT H I M AS THE NYPD’S SURE TO RETALIATE AGAINST HIM FOR LIFE as they do 2 me 4 speaking up against my OWN Family using their jobs unethically& 4 selfish personal agenda’s!

This happens because people do not know their rights.
If you could make some vids explaining what you’ve witnessed in terms of “Law Enforcement Personnel Family who use their jobs in the most CORRUPTED way” there would be ALOT of us who would love to watch :)
Typical cop response. Its that way of thinking that instigates Police Resentment, and whenever theres resentment torwards the Police, thats when Cops get ambushed and killed when people phone in phoney complaints. Its no wonder a decent majority of the US population look at the Police as nothing more then Domestic Terrorists sent to keep the population under control. Go arrest the REAL criminals in our government who break the law DAILY, AND AT WILL!
“ghetto mentality?” Are you a racist Pig as well?
NYPD is a racist police dept . the officers are brainwashed to go against the public and to harrassed them. If they do not do as they are told, the officers are penalized and their job is made extremely hard by ranking officers,.Most officers feel the same way as P.O. Polanco but they are afraid to comment in fear of retaliation.
He should have his pension taken away for coming out with that. Way to be part of the brotherhood.
@TwistedJr69th I guess you didn’t see the whole story. You just comment because you think what officer Polanco did was wrong. You think it’s ok to arrest innocent citizens who’ve done nothing wrong? Or are you one of these youtube trolls starving for attention?
I believe police officers are good people and have a good heart. They wanna have control. They have to be firm to combat crime. Its not a easy job. Any human makes mistakes.
