Usually those with those small moped bikes are usually cops who doing illegal patrol.. So they can stop people with the smallest offences so they can get some bribe..
Usually those with Cars are the real patrols.. and usually they accept bribe when their supervisor aint looking..
Its funny the time i got stop by Cops.. for making a illegal U turn.. He didnt even greeted me or talk to me..
He just gone straight to point and tell me the summon fine..
I ended up panic and gave him Rm50… well wasnt proud of it..
I think i rather just take the summon in future.. dont give this bastard the satisfaction..

The government should be more realistic in setting the summon price.. What more, the government don’t gives a shit about u ranting a less rm300.. no overseer to overview the true reason behind every lawbreakers.. and most of the time, we break the law unintentionally.. the ‘rakyat’ are basically defenseless in this case.. justice served..? think about it..
