Bolsheviks in Police uniform on the streets of Oakland. They assault a teenage female from behind and then attack and arrest her for lashing out in retaliation. They then cause her bodily harm by deliberated rough application of manacles because she is presumed to be a terrorist. USSR or USA ? In which country is this video filmed?

After reviewing the video again I will say that there was an incident before the bike was thrown that may have prevoked the girl to throw the bike, but two very important factors need to be considered: #1 we dont know what was said to the girl by officers and we dont know if any orders were dis obeyed. in that situation the orders given are for safety of the people and the officers and if they are not adheard to they may need to use force to inforce the situation.
#2 when the police are telling you to clear out of an area or giving any order period, you , by law are required to listen and obey, that doesnt mean that tempers dont get out of hand sometimes but that also dosent mean that the people in these videos are perfect little angels either…
either way that is no way for Police to treat a little girl.
