There are lots of laws which make no sense, especially the ones targeting non-violent offences.
If a person wishes to smoke/consume marijuana (God’s Herb) for personal, spiritual or medical reasons then they should have the right to.
I believe if people were legally allowed to grow their own marijuana, for personal use, then association with drug-dealers would be no longer necessary.
This isn’t justice, I used to think it was at one point because I don’t smoke weed and personally think people that do are retards (just like smokers and alcoholics are retards), the exception being medicinal users…The thought of this man being sent to gladiator academy with cold blooded rapists and killers isn’t right at all…especially being away from his wife, damnnnnnnn.

Regarding the public image, on the one hand I agree that his appearance probably does not help with prohibitionists who react with prejudice towards anyone who looks like this. However, it could be that Barry is more concerned with reaching and educating that demographic which uses marijuana and the best way to do that is to look like the people you are trying to reach. If he looked like a cop, they wouldn’t listen to what he has to say, and wouldn’t learn anything.
