Yeah, but in so many cases they don’t get recorded or cops try to cover it up. Last night cops caught a boy and beat him down on the tracks and a dog bit him in the sack. Granted he did get caught making a transaction, but still was all that neccesary? Probably not. Is he going to be a millionaire? Probably not, :D

That’s just overboard and it won’t stop people from buying more drugs. That’s what’s wrong with our cops, they can’t beat reform into the city, it haves to be inspired and crime fighting haves to be on a hire level. Who gave him the drugs? Who bought them across the border if imported? Those are the guys that should be executed or aprehended. Kill the root and the branches will wither away. Not the other way around.
