Sounds like the woman is at fault. She was ordered to stay in the char, she didn’t stay in the car. She was ordered to get back in the car, she didn’t get back in the car. She was told again but she approached the officer. Then the officer said she was under arrest, that’s when the procedure changed. She was ordered to stay outside the car, she went back into the car. She was ordered to get out, she stayed in. It’s not a game. You can’t keep defying orders and not get hurt. Sorry stupid lady.
