After watching the video over and over. I’ve come to conclude the dude in the black shirt deserved it all. In the beginning he was the one who sits up for no reason, so the officer comes and “forces” him down. After that, he still keeps looking up and the officer wasn’t giving him a break.
At 0:29, officer reacted quite well to his sudden movement. If that guy has followed orders like his buddy, he wouldn’t have gotten this so called assault.

I live in abbotsofrd and in the summer that same cop tried aresting me and my friends for sitting at a school park casue we were aledgedly casuing miefchef the younger one without glasses, guy was a total asshole to me, i wasnt even being difficult i was very respectful, i hope this fucking asshole gets fired, thats karma for you you fucking goof
