At 3am Saturday June 18th in Ybor City Tampa Police were arresting a few individules for fights and disturbances at closing time of the bars. As one of them were being walked down the street by an officer while being hand cuffed he wound up back on the sidewalk laying on his chest. Other officers saw it from down the street and ran down to where they were. to assist him. What happened you can see on this video. I know what I see, so lets see in the comments what it is that you see. This video was shot as a news story with public interest. This video was shot on an iPhone 4 and uploaded to YouTube using the 720Tube app in order to retain its 720p quality and HD Video Tag.

the guy was struggling with the cops to get up. this is called resisting arrest. do you expect the cops to hand you a bouquet of roses and sweet talk you into handcuffs?
@WatsupBroh I was there and saw what had happened. The guy was already hand cuffed and being walked down the street. He may have put up resistance and that was the reason he wound up on the ground on his front. He had an officer on his back and was handcuffed. Leave him lay there and flop like a fish! No need to beat his legs with steel batons when he is already down face first and hand cuffed behind his back.

i remember when ybor city was a nice place to just hang out with no problems all night long…just an occasional bouncer throwing some drunk guy out of a club…and i DO mean occasional.

@thatcrackmixtapes All cops are not crooked and I would NEVER laugh when one gets injured. There are good ones and bad ones. It is a shame when those ones who let power and influince get to their head and make a bad name for the good ones. I believe you may think they are all bad because of where yoiu may have come from as your user name on here includes the words “crack” and “mix tapes” . The rap culture is a disgrace and is degrading to society. Nothing good comes as a result.
