The most logical way to explain why the constitution was made the way it was and why it applies even now is this, each State is different so different rules apply with regard to education, energy, Agricultural, security etc. The needs in Alaska are different than Texas which are different than New York. Let the States run themselves and Have the Feds, protect through communication with the States. Show the feds for what they are, in the way, let the States run their own houses.
