Police Officers and your rights: policecrimes.com Know your rights never talk to police officers and NEVER open your door to cops when they knock. Video from – October 26,2009 To make a long story short. Officer Philip Parmidge or however you spell his last name was outside taking photos of a car. The owner was arrested the weekend prior on DUI, even after passing a breathelizer three times. I am not entirely sure why he was taking photos. So I will not speculate. The young lady who owns the car was visibly shaken up by the officer for targeting her. See what happens when I take a camera out to document this act of intimidation by the brave officer. Caution. Video contains footage of a dangerous individual carrying a camera. Enjoy. The man with the dog is the boyfriend of the young lady who owns the car. He just happened to be walking his dog when this all happened. I was pulled over after I left and was cited with four offenses. 1. No eye protection (motorcycle). 2. No helmet 3. Not changing my address 4. Not registering my motorcycle. policecrimes.com If you feel you have been abused by the police, you may learn how to file a police complaint here policecrimes.com or seek a lawyer. @doug8770 If you had a reasonable mastery of the English language I might’ve been able to listen to your legal advice.
ALL fucking pig are mental fucked up!!! Wtf did he called backup for? What to see his fellow gangster get a name out of the guy? To all think of calling 911 is a good idea its not and very dangerous a lot of these guys are pump up on roids and well kill you if you piss them off. Cameras saves life’s.
He only has the right to ask for I.D. What the cop should have done was ask for his I.D. When he refused he could have arrested him. That’s the law.
@jdjtte What state are you referring to that law? In many states you have the right NOT to give your name to a police officer when a pussy cop ask.
@policecrimescom What states? I’d love to know mr. lawyer. You don’t know what you’re talking about. You talk out your ass, very obvious
@JLE102191 Lets clarify. The guy in the video I’m guessing rode up on his motorbike in front of the cop? In all states I’m pretty sure that the driver of a vehicle has to give I.D., that’s a given?
Walking down the street in maybe 8-12 states you don’t have to give an i.d. or tell the cop who you are, unless he can prove that you broke a law. What a cop will do is “ask” someone for their i.d. and the person generally will voluntarily “give” their i.d.
@JLE102191 I just found out a couple of years ago that my state is one of the few. It’s late, I just walked in the door, just posted an awesome updated video and I’m not going to research something for you. If you want to know find out yourself, because you’re wrong I’m not mr. Lawyer. I didn’t know about my own state and that surprised me
@JLE102191 I do a lot of reading and I once read a story about a guy that didn’t want to give his id to the cops. Turned out he didn’t have to in his state. The story went on to say that only about half dozen or so states were like that.
Here’s one for you you. Do you know that a cop can not ask a conductor of a train for an i.d., lets say when a train hits a car or if the conductor is walking around his train. The conductor is a federal employee and is not required to give his/her i.d.
always ask if you are the subject of an official investigation. if they say no, then you don’t say shit to them
The government doesn’t have rights…they have limited authority as granted and regulated by the constitution.
I’d have asked him to get his supervisor while he was on the radio…. cocky SOB.
Great job by the way!
I’ve visited and drove through Eminence, Kentucky many times. Crazy.
The police officer stopping a random black guy with a dog, addressing him so forcefully out of nowhere, taking pictures of him like some paparazzi right in front of him, and shining the light in his eyes seemed within the law, but mightily excessive!
“The reason the police don’t want people videotaping them is because they don’t want their crimes to be made public.”
duude PLEASE keep doin stuff like this. this is exactly what we need….the more ppl there are u like u, the easier it will be for people to see how ridiculous cops can be for no reason. everyones misinformed on the subject and this is so enlightening to them.
fucking crap,, that cop needed his teeth knocked out,, god help them they ever fucking try to violate my rights
This Cops a weak gutless bastard on a power trip, talk about Ego and arrogance, this pig is pathetic. No wonder cops get a bad name with pieces of shit like this bastard. This weak bastard gotta taste of his own medicine and he hated it, he nearly cried … Kick these bastards in the balls more often, they are full of shit with their threats of arrest.. Dont Talk to the Cunts.
@jdjtte The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. (The cop had no probable cause to ask for the camera man’s ID. Cameraman was within his right to not offer his identification. The cop was being a bully.)
Can somebody please tell me what rights I should cite when confronted with situations such as this? Multiple suggestions are welcome. Like tell me step by step what I should do when confronted by an officer and idont think I’m being treated fairly
@MrJacob0392 Look right above this post see in the description where it says “police officers and your rights?” Click that link.
@policecrimescom thanks I really appreciate it. I’ve been on your website and I’ve realized there were many times I could have told those pigs/teachers I don’t consent but didn’t know at the time. Thanks for educating me.
Nazi cop trying to intimidate.
