Why are people are confusing the protestors from toronto with the actual criminals? I mean, of course there are criminals in toronto, and there are peaceful protestors from out of town. But it’s completely wrong that the police felt the need to tackle, beat and arrest over a thousand canadians for simply voicing their opinion. One of my mom’s students at Ryerson was just sitting against a tree in a park, reading a book and holding up a sign when the cops bore down and tackled him. This is wrong.
