A short synapse. Shots fired at a home. Citizen target practicing at home. Officers arrive and citizen comes forward with no problems. Then comes the SEIZURE of the gun he was target practicing with. Then comes the unwarranted entry into the home. Then comes the unwarranted entry into the gun safe. Then comes the officers stating they want a gun just like this. Then comes the officers, sergeant, detectives discussing the exigent circumstances they are going to have to FABRICATE to make the entries legal. Then comes the officers fabricating more crap to come up with some type of charges to create a seizure of the guns necessary. This ABSOLUTELY proves the systemic corruption of ALL police officers and their techniques to DESTROY our rights as sovereign individuals. Get ready to get PISSED OFF!

Really is a shame such a great place going to sh#t with overzealous ” to violate and intimidate…” cops. I remember when the police cars looked like police cars so they would be a deterant to crime with the “to protect and serve..” written on the side. Anybody see that anymore? Now the try to disguise and hide their presence. Isn’t that what criminals do
the false charges are what pisses me off so much. To do something like this to a citizen, to knowingly put them at risk of felony records, imprisonment and other damaging losses when its obviously backed up only by lies, these deputies should be charged with felonys as well. This is outrageous and dangerous. They might as well be trying to murder someone in cold blood to attempt to ruin a life in such a way. For making these charges, they deserve to go to prison.
This is absolutely absurd. He obviously lives in an area where discharging a weapon doesn’t bring anyone to danger. And they had absolutely NO right to raid his home. They just violated EVERY right that this citizen had…Just to seize weapons. And make an arrest. No probable cause…You can’t just search a home without a warrant or without probable cause to do so…That’s completely ridiculous. I’m horrified at this. And I’ll point out the obvious. What these officers did was a CRIME!
