after cuffing and belting him into the cruiser the officer drove out of jurisdiction and called for back up. meeting up with 4 other cruisers, the drove off the road and drug this 50 yo mentally challenged man out of the cruiser, and beat and maced him repeatedly. after calling an emt to wash the mace from his eyes, he begged the emt to take him to the hospital she said she couldnt. that he had to go with the police.
