@sethmusic damn
If there’s evidence of a crime committed then it should be allowed in a court but the PC police protect the criminal more than the victim
the best.
Masturbate-a-thon? What is that? I don’t wanna look it up. I’m too lazy. Somebody tell me. Please?
@sethmusic And that’s all you could manage to say?
“Ask me if I want to pray” LOLOL. Too funny. The videos get better every day. Thanks.
Penn’s right. You can stay silent or you can ask for a lawyer. Asking for a lawyer is enough to shut up the police and end interrogation. After you’re read your miranda right, If you don’t ask for a lawyer and don’t tell the police you don’t want to answer anymore questions they’ll keep on asking you stuff. They are allowed to interrogate you, but it’s up to you to not incriminate yourself, not to them. If you speak, then you’re waiving your rights.
@TheStig000 about what?….i was just semi-bummed that i wasnt the first to see the video.
@smashballbrawler jack it till ya bleed
This is already true of claiming “the 5th” in court, and I think that is good because we don’t want people pulling lies of omission by telling half of the truth, and then invoking the “right” to not tell the rest of it in order to be misleading.
In court the judge is supposed to keep things on topic. But when the police are interrogating someone, they can ramble to almost any subject they want, so suspects need the right to refuse to answer, even if they have already answered some questions.
Plead the 5th in PTI…
@Thorbie they dont read miranda rights for one. its your word against a cops all they have to do is put it in their report that they did when i got arrested i told the judge they didnt and he said to bad its in the officers report that he did.
