@SovereignBeing Forget about that serpent race stuff and so forth, it’s all baloney. Sociopathic behavior occurs during pre-adolescent age, beginning at around age nine. When a kid is subjected to severe emotional stress they can snap meaning their mind becomes fragmented and they will begin to manifest their own ideology and these manifests of theirs will suppress natural scruples.
