This video was shot in downtown Tampa FL around the Federal Building (December 2009). At no time was the photographer on Federal Property. The only “suspicious” activity of the photographer was using a DSLR on a public sidewalk. This is part of www.IAmTroublemaker.com and a “non-violent direct action” to exercise Constitution rights and gauge the response of Agents of the Government. www.IAmTroublemaker.com
If he didn’t stand up for his rights he would be detained. Once they know you see them as an authority figure they jump on you, because they are power hungry control freaks just like every other Fed
You are an ignoramus of the highest level. Keep believing your propaganda and give over your rights to the wolves who will devour you after they are done playing with you. You fear-based parasite.
I do this for a living, you dont weve had about 75 people take pictures of our bldg over the past 7 years.weve never detained a single one of them.I guess the talliban ,the shooting in las vegas, the plane flying into the irs bldg.oklahoma city, the 5000 dead american troups.all must be government propaganda.I will not respond to any more comments, but dont worry when the next 911 happends Ill be here to watch your back no matter how big of a morron you are.
@ thebat56 your obviously a security guard. The only people you are expected to protect are the ones on the property where you work.
Please explain how this guy was being a nut? Because he knew his rights?
this guys arent ICE agents.. it says police on there shirts…
Actually, they are ICE agents as indicated by their badges and patches on their uniforms. Also, the SUV they pulled up in was marked as Department of Homeland Security. I am the photographer and I am certain about those facts.
they are not ICE agents.. They are FPS Officer, Federal protective services, and they are doing what the title says; protecting federal buildings and its interests.
At the time this video was shot FPS was still in the process of transitioning away from ICE (both are still part of DHS). In fact, both of these officers worn badges that clearly identified them as ICE.
The photographer sounds like my Uncle =D
Sounds like a bit of a goofball, but in a good way.
LOL NICE!
haha
way to use your 1st amendment rights, shout out to lakeland, god bless
@iamtroublemaker1 Look, like it or not America is not, even in an age of terrorism becoming even close to a big-brother state. However, you have to understand these are federal officers, and you are taking pictures of a federal facility in a time of war and ultimately a time of terrorism. These guys are simply doing there jobs.
Ok. Dear OLD, queer cameraman: What was the point of all this?
You’re fucking pathetic.
Stupid Moron.. You know there are alot of terrorist who want to hurt US and you are pushing the bottom …. STUPID MORON
he’s doing it again
he’s doing it again!
click click click click!
LoL
so its a cool thing to try to get a rise police for no reason. this dude is a jerkoff.
@spokenwiznerdz A cop coming up to ask questions is something worthy of taking a picture of and he was in his perfect legal right to take pictures if the cop doesn’t like it well that’s his problem. You know if fewer people kowtow to badges America would be better off as police it seems have forgotten who they work for.
@X46RAPTOR As he said he had no problem with them doing their job as long as it doesn’t interfere with his civil rights. If you don’t like your rights you can always give them up and move to a country that doesn’t have them. Personally I like my rights and police need to be reminded this is not a police state yet. I actually applaud the portly officer as he KNOWS the law and even went so far as to educate his partner which sadly is a rarity these days.
@Montagraph Sadly it’s much more common that people would like to think.
@frenchfries508 Yeah “stupid moron” lets all give up our civil liberties so we can be just like the countries who spawn the terrorists. Oh wait that sounds stupid. Maybe me and frenchfries508 need to pull our heads from our ass.
This guy taking vedio is fuckin moron.
so he lives in another place but he doesnt drive there…thats a long walk
This is great. “You look like a tourist.” He was profiling you. Perfect example of paranoia that has encompassed this country re taking pictures since 911. Wake up America, photography is the hobby and livelihood of millions of Americans. If you can see it from a public place, you can take a picture of it from there, this includes other people who are in public places, like it or not. (How you use it is another story.)
