@nickyreno – at what point was this cop choking anyone?! Just because you see his arm around their neck, doesnt mean they were being choked! But imagine this…..I know its a hard concept but really try hard…….If they didnt fight or struggle with the police officer and just did what a responsible human should have and that is follow directions, then the officer never would have had to lay his hands on them! @nickyreno – didnt you hear the cop tell that girl “youre in violation of a city ordinance too , sit down” then the girl says “no”. He then says “your under arrest too” and she tries to run away. How is it wrong for the cop to try and get control of her at that point!? You see the other officer there with his hand on the kid’s back not really needing applying any control at all? If these other kids would have acted like that one, then this all could have been avoided.
Im sorry folks, but these arent 6 yr old kids “acting up”. These are teenage,pre-adult people who have no respect for authority or rules. In my teenage years i would never have run from or disobeyed an officer. Still wont. But thats the difference in society these days. Kids are being brought up to have no respect for the law and to have no accountability for their actions.
