When you are under arrest or being detained, you do not have the right to a phone call right when you want to, because you claim your right to a phone call. He was fired, so that says something. Why was this man left alone with her is my question. She obviously was not deserving a beating if that is what happened.

@Day1534 Anyone who has ever hit their face hard enough to break their nose will also have black eyes. And if you used your brain enough to reason that when someone is struggling with a police officer while their hands are handcuffed behind their back and you add to that the possibility that they are intoxicated, that it would be pretty easy for them to end up falling straight on their face. Like I said originally, I don’t know what happened, but this cop doesn’t seem out of control to me.
@Day1534 Anyone who gets hit in the face hard enough to break their nose, by a floor or fist will also have black eyes as a result more often than not. The lady was handcuffed, behind her back. She was resisting the officer. She was probably intoxicated (she had been pulled and brought to the station to be tested). When YOU use your brain, and add these things up, it makes sense that she could have fallen in a struggle straight on her face. I am not saying that is what happened, but is possible
